Sales
Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Exhibits high level of customer satisfaction. Assists customers in selecting vehicle. Prepares vehicles for delivery. Attends product and sales training and sales meetings. Maintains successful prospect development system and follow-up system. Maintains professional appearance. Must have valid in-state drivers license required. Excellent communication skills.
Lot Attendant
Verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership. Parks vehicles in the new vehicle lot in an orderly manner. Arranges lot display with direction from the sales manager. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.
Service Advisor
Must have dealership experience, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and possess good communication and people skills. Must possess ability to actively manage a "team" shop. Earn up to $70,000/yr.
Service Technicians
Must have dealership experience and possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong quality and customer focus. Previous Mazda and/or Ford experience receives preferability. Other skill levels needed as well.
