I just want to shout out my shuttle driver!I came in for a state inspection, and I told them that I would wait on the service, but of course my car needed some work to pass.I had no plans on getting a shuttle ride, and no cash for tip money ,I felt really bad about that and offered to pay a tip by Cash App or Apple Pay, but Ken, my driver was sooo sweet and understanding, and told me don’t worry about it!!He had good conversation,funny,and most importantly got me home safe!Smooth ride home!God Bless him for his kindness!And thank you Casey Chevrolet for getting my car right!appreciate you all!Charity Boyd.☺️🙌

Excellent experience from start to finish! Bobby Hargrove was outstanding throughout the entire process. His professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free. Chaz Hoback was great to work with through the financing and made it easy to get the protection plan I wanted. I purchased a 2026 BMW i7 and traded in my 2023 i7 without any issues.
