I had started smelling gas in and outside of my SUV. Made an appointment to have it checked out. I was told the fuel line had a big hole in it. I had other things done as well.
Maurice Benston was my advisor. He kept me abreast of everything that was going on. The part needed was out of stock and ended up on back order. I did some research and informed him where he could get it. He had the part ordered from a dealer ship in another state. The part came in, vehicle was fixed and the rest ... His professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free. Chaz Hoback was great to work with through the financing and made it easy to get the protection plan I wanted. I purchased a 2026 BMW i7 and traded in my 2023 i7 without any issues. The entire transaction was smooth, efficient, and exactly how buying a car should be. I'll definitely be returning for future business. Highly recommend this dealership!
I was able to negotiate my car deal completely virtually which I appreciated, so my visit to the dealership was low threat and relatively stress free. Kellin is also responsive via call email and text message which I appreciated.
He was attentive to my requests, although he couldn’t finish the transaction because of other obligations, he had another co worker in place that was very phenomenal( Jean Robeson ) that completed the transaction . I would purchase another vehicle from either of these guys.
