Double check everything the salesman tells you about options on vehicles you are considering! I ordered an X5 at Casey BMW. Kellen, my salesman, seemed very knowledgeable about the available options. He assured me multiple times that the X5 I was ordering would include adaptive cruise control with the packages I was ordering it with. When it arrived, it did Not come with adaptive cruise control!! Not so much as an apology from Kellen. Very disappointed.

Double check everything the salesman tells you about options on vehicles you are considering! I ordered an X5 at Casey BMW. Kellen, my salesman, seemed very knowledgeable about the available options. He assured me multiple times that the X5 I was ordering would include adaptive cruise control with the packages I was ordering it with. When it arrived, it did Not come with adaptive cruise control!! Not so much as an apology from Kellen. Very disappointed.

My salesperson Rodelson Jean was very good to work with. He helped me to get the vehicle I wanted and helped to make the transaction take place as quickly as possible. I would definitely refer this gentleman and dealership to my family and friends.
