Upon driving it for about a month, the car would lock the brakes and would not move when in drive. (Winter-time and cold temps now.) Also, every light on the dash would come on and cycle through "check" points across the board, and continuously cycle until the car was turned off. We called Casey Kia and Clayton Warford took us on. He thought he had it fixed once. After a couple months (it was summer by now), the hot temps seemed to start the cycle over again. We waited for a time we could be without the car for the diagnostic time and took it back to Clayton and Casey. Clayton was determined to fix the problem this time. I told him I held my breath every time I started the car for a problem to pop up. Casey had the car about a week, went through all diagnostics and finally figured out the problem. The part was ordered and replaced and my Kia and returned to me at about two weeks! I am thrilled to have my car back and, so far, working great. Clayton made sure I had my car back as soon as humanly possible. He is such a professional. If you ever need someone, trust Clayton Warford at Casey Kia. I did and I am ever grateful to him for his diligence in getting my car in tip-top condition. I don't know the cost of this as the warranty covered everything. Kia provides a great warranty.

I had new TP sensors installed. Mary was so professional!

Corey. Was great. Took phone calls. If he couldn't he called back in minutes. No surprises, no costs that were not discussed prior. All great service. Unlike that othe chevy dealer in hampton. I would not send a tricycle to Hampton chevy for service. Highly recommend Casey Chevy and Corey!
