The coordinator forgot me sitting in the waiting area. My car was finished for close to 45 minutes before I went to check the status AFTER he told me he'd be right back. He never came. Then I was given incorrect information regarding when my parts would be in. I was told I'd get a phone call and I had to call. The 3 stars are only bc of the help I did receive when I called smh.
They were accommodating, professional, and fast with service. Love the new place, highly recommend.

Double check everything the salesman tells you about options on vehicles you are considering! I ordered an X5 at Casey BMW. Kellen, my salesman, seemed very knowledgeable about the available options. He assured me multiple times that the X5 I was ordering would include adaptive cruise control with the packages I was ordering it with. When it arrived, it did Not come with adaptive cruise control!! Not so much as an apology from Kellen. Very disappointed.
