I don’t usually write reviews, but I am writing this to give a shoutout to Jean for being exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful throughout the process.
Bought a new car today from Mr. Rodelson Jean… he was super friendly, had a smile on his face throughout the entire process. Got us a good / fair deal and some nice “extras”… as parting gifts. He worked well with management (Mr. Garcia, who was great as well). Would highly recommend asking for Mr. Jean if you’re looking for your next Beemer!

I had no issues with sales. I let them know right out the gate that I didn’t want all the upsale stuff that normally accompanies a vehicle purchase. Even at that I still received a low national average on a used truck. My only criticism would be - when they know that there’s an extra due the customer that has to come from the service department, they need to have it ready before the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle so they are not waiting over an hour. Other than that all was more than satisfactory.
My experience was great coming from someone who doesn’t know much about the ins and out of car buying but with David Au by your side you car buying experience will be worth making that appointment

Bobby is probably one of the most patient sales rep I’ve ever met. Very punctual, courteous and he will work very hard to get you the deal that you’re comfortable with.
