We purchased the 2024 Kia Sportage from another dealership. It came with a Kia Warranty. Little did we know how much we would need that warranty. Upon driving it for about a month, the car would lock the brakes and would not move when in drive. (Winter-time and cold temps now.) Fantastic experience...my Tahoe was fit into the schedule on a moments notice as I had just picked it up from the Collision Center and needed a service fix for tire sensor monitors. Thank you Mary Yeatts for not having to schedule for a future date.
The service sign in was Maurice. Friendly, took time to explain things and helped me to sync my phone to the vehicle.
I had new TP sensors installed. Mary was so professional!
Corey. Was great. Took phone calls. If he couldn't he called back in minutes. No surprises, no costs that were not discussed prior. All great service. Unlike that othe chevy dealer in hampton. I would not send a tricycle to Hampton chevy for service. Highly recommend Casey Chevy and Corey!
