I had an appointment with them that for some reason got switched to the wrong day. They told me there was nothing they could do but an oil change. Showed up for it, the young lady that helped me talked to them about getting everything my original appointment had and more. They also did it in less than 3 hours. Very happy!

So today I went to check on my car that I left there for service. Mary is as good as it gets, kept it transparent from the jump. i brought my 2018 silverado 1500 for a transmission issue to see if i could get a warranty replacement. little did i know id get that and more, i brought it labor day weekend so this has been timely which is understandable. they told me i had a misfire and cant diagnose the transmission correctly without fixing it, i was weary at first but i went through with it. then i got the dreaded call telling me i needed a transmission (i knew this already). everyone knows warranty companies ...
