I got my car serviced here twice this week. My service advisor Jennyah was amazing and helped me very much. She was kind and worked with me and informed me of what I needed for my vehicle. I would love to keep going back with her. She made me feel like she really cares.

This is specifically for the service department. I recently had my oil changed in the morning and was left on the side of the road in the afternoon with oil pouring from the bottom of my vehicle. When I called to let them know what was going on the very rude woman who answered the phone simply said you need to bring the car back in. I then explained I was on the side of the road not comfortable to keep driving the car and she told me someone would call me back. 20 minutes later I get a phone call 45 minutes later a tow truck shows up then I sit for over an hour in the waiting room. At no point did a manager come speak with me express their concern or even tell me what had happened to my car. I have since tried reaching out to the service manager multiple times through phone and email with no response. This has solidified my decision to never work with Casey again!

Kellen was great! Very interested in my needs as a buyer! Ask for him directly; he will take great care of you! Add to him Emery and Amanda as BMW Genius’s to set up the car and it’s a win!!!
